Is Anna Nova Jewellery Nickel free?

Yes, it is Lead & Nickel free

What us your Jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is triple electroplated on a hypoallergenic base metal and coated in gold or Rhodium. After this the jewellery is cleaned and a layer of palladium coating is applied. We also use a variety of natural stones and freshwater pearls.

Will the Jewellery tarnish?

While our Jewellery is made from the highest quality materials over time and use it may still tarnish. We recommend keeping them dry and away from perfumes to make sure they last

How can I become a stockist?

Click on the register on the top of the page and fill in your details. This information will come to us and approved. Keep an eye out for an email saying you have been approved. If we have any questions, we will call you

Do you offer exclusivity?

While we try to make sure we do not have too many stockists in a close proximity stocking the exact same items, Each case is different and there are many aspects to consider. Please contact our office or your agent to discuss further.

Do you have agents so I can see the product?

Yes, we have agents in most states, please contact us for their details. We also attend tradefairs yearly so our customers can see our new collections in person.

Is there a minimum order?

While we do not have a dollar value minimum we do have a minimum on some jewellery with 2 being the min qty.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes we do, these are listed on the products, but it is 10% off when you buy 3 or more of the same earring,  or 2 or more bracelet, necklace, brooch or scarf. Also keep an eye on our emails we do regularly have flash sales of up to 50% off. In addition, there is usually a sale category.

How do I pay for my order?

We take payments via card over the phone or Bank transfer. You will be contacted with the final value due. Payment is required prior to shipping. We will hold your order for 7 days. If you need longer please contact us to discuss.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

When an order is placed, we aim to pack it same or next business day. During times of tradefairs please allow extra time due to the volume of orders. We also use many different courier companies and select the best price and quickest delivery time for you. Local and small packages can be received next day (after payment) some of the larger packages and further away states may take upto 5 working days. Please keep in mind peak times like Christmas have cut off dates.

Can I return some of the items on my order?

Yes you can, we understand from time to time once an item arrives it may not be as you expected. The item/s will need be returned unopened unused and in original packaging. Please contact the office to discuss
